Find the posts that went viral
Sort Feed Lite ranks any Instagram profile’s Reels and posts by outlier score, so you can see what actually worked, then download it, transcribe it and export the data to CSV.
- Chrome
- Free
- No account
- Runs on your computer
How it works
No setup and no login. It works on any public profile’s Posts and Reels tabs.
- Open a profile
Visit any public Instagram profile in Chrome on your computer.
- Pick a range and Analyze
The Sort Feed Lite bar appears above the grid. Choose 7, 14 or 30 days, or Max for every post.
- Sort, save and export
Rank by what performed, then download, transcribe or export the posts you want.
Everything you need to study what performs
Built for creators, social media managers, marketers and researchers who look before they create.
- Outlier score
Every post is ranked against the creator’s usual views. 14.8x means 14.8 times their normal reach. Green is 5x and up, amber is 2–5x.
- Sort any way you like
Rank by outlier score, views, likes, engagement rate or velocity (views per day), over the last 7, 14 or 30 days or every post.
- Download on hover
Hover any reel or photo for a one-click download in original quality. Carousels come as one .zip with every slide in order.
- Transcribe reels
Uses Instagram’s own captions when they exist, otherwise Chrome’s built-in on-device speech recognition. Audio never leaves your computer.
- Filter and search
Show only Reels, Photos or Carousels, pick a date range or just the breakouts (2x and up), and search captions, #hashtags and @mentions.
- Select and export
Tick posts on hover (Shift-click for a range), then download or export just those. CSV with views, likes, outlier score, hashtags, caption and transcript, or raw JSON.
See it in action
Shown on a demo profile with public-domain photos and sample numbers.
Download and transcribe. Hover any post to save it or turn a reel into text.
Export to CSV. Every metric, caption and transcript in one spreadsheet.
Bulk select. Tick the posts you want, then download or export only those.
Filters. Narrow by post type, date range or breakouts only.
Who it’s for
Anyone who wants to know why a post took off, not just that it did.
- Creators reverse-engineering viral hooks and formats
- Agencies running competitor research
- Marketers doing content audits
- Analysts tracking trending audio and hashtags
Private by design
Sort Feed Lite runs entirely in your browser. It has no servers, accounts, analytics or tracking, and never sends anything to us. It reads only what Instagram already loads while you browse, and it never posts, likes, follows or messages for you. Read the privacy policy.
